Professional Biography
Harlan Lax, President
Mr. Lax served as Senior Vice President of Technology at Lazard Freres & Co., an investment bank in New York with more than 1,000 employees in North America, Europe and the Pacific Rim. In his 16 years of service growing their technology support organization, he recognized the importance of providing world class support to users and clients. In 2002, he founded Crowded Island Solutions, a company specializing in providing products and services that help companies lower their costs of supporting their PC environment while maintaining the highest level of service.
Mr. Lax received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SUNY Brockport and a Masters of Business Administration in Information Systems from PACE University.
